RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept return and exchange as following:
- Up to 14 days after delivery = UK customers.
- Up to 14 days after delivery = International customers.
RETURN CONDITIONS REQUIEREMENTS:
Items returned must be unworn, in their original selling condition with all original tags and labels attached, free of makeup and pet hairs. Please ensure all briefs, G strings and bodysuits are tried on over your own underwear.
The following items will NOT be accepted:
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, perfumed, altered, washed returns or anything Dardana reasonably believes has been used.
- Briefs, G strings and bodysuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact.
- Hosiery and stocking items due to hygiene reasons.
- Any personalized items.
Returns that do not comply with the Dardana returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.
UK returns/exchanges: Free for UK customers. Please contact us, and we will email you a return label.
International returns/exchanges: The cost of returning item(s) to Dardana is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked method of postage as we cannot accept responsibility if your item(s) is lost in postage.
For all returns or exchanges, please complete the Exchange/Returns form that came with your order and include it with the item(s) you would like to return or to exchange. As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will process your request. Replacement item(s) will be dispatched within seven working days.
REFUNDS
Once reception of returned item(s), a confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed, and it may take up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original payment method that was used. Dardana reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition requirements.
