SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your garments are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with our sticker, and placed inside a lovely Dardana gift box free of charge who can be kept and re-used. The box is then wrapped with an eco-paper and shipped in an eco-mailing bag for extra protection. The dimension of the packaging is according to the order.
Delivery will be made approximately 2 to 10 days after payment has been received for items in stock, and after 5 to 20 days after payment has be received for items out of stock (made to order), according to the delivery location.
All items will be sent to you either by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Delivery for UK orders, or by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Delivery for international orders.

A signature will be required at the delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure yourself that someone will be there to collect your items.
International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East.
Duties & Taxes
Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
As we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
