Our collections and each item are designed and handcrafted with all our expertise in our lovely studio in St Albans-Hertfordshire in United Kingdom.

All our products are handmade and produced in limited number. Once we have reached our production number, we may slightly extend quantity according to our customers demand, and that extension quantity will be “Made to Order” that means, the costumer order and we take few days to handmade the product on demand. For more information regarding the “made to Order” processing time, please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page.

You can only choose the “Made to Order” option for a product to order, if the product is in stock and on the product order page, the option “Made to Order” is available. All shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

For every order, your garments are wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with our sticker, and placed inside a lovely Dardana gift box free of charge who can be kept and re-used. The box is then wrapped with an eco-paper and shipped in an eco-mailing bag for extra protection. The dimension of the packaging is according to the order.

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your tracking number and link. All our orders are sent to customers either by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Delivery for UK orders, or by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Delivery for international orders. If any Change of carrier occur, we will inform you.

If you are no happy with your items or something when wrong, you have 14 days after the delivery to return or exchange your item to us according to our Terms & Conditions. Please complete the returns form that came with your order and include it with the items you would like to return or to exchange. As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will process your request. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page at the bottom of our website.
